Elwin C. Ordoyne Jr.
Elwin Jr. began E.C.O. Builders, Inc. in 1973 working from his old beat up truck. “EJ” currently has over 40 years of experience in full on-site construction management and land development and inspects all work from start to finish. With more than 43 years of construction experience in the Louisiana, Mr. EJ has worked in both the field and the office on private and public projects.
Elwin C. Ordoyne III
Vice President & Operations Manager
Elwin III has been the vice-president of E.C.O. Builders, Inc. since 1992. He was a member of the United State Marine Corp. before partnering with his father in the construction business. He has more than 23 years in construction supervision, including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing. He prepares all estimates and oversees the day to day operation of the company. With his more than 23 experience. Elwin is highly proficient in construction management, is an effective problem solver and can manage heavy work flow. Elwin maintains an
excellent working relationship with past and current customers, architectural firms and government officials, He also possess high knowledge in the areas of human resources, planning, fund raising, building, finance, community relations and organizational operations. During his 23 year career as a Vice President at E.C.O. Builders, Inc., Elwin was asked to join the Board of Directors of the East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity. Elwin served on the Board of Directors for 7 years and now serves as the Chairman of the Board. Elwin quickly developed a love for the community and became very well loved by his peers. In addition, Elwin became a leader and
committee member for the first Annual Louisiana Veterans Festival. As a veteran himself, he took great pride in the organization. Elwin is still an active volunteer for both the East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity and the Louisiana Veterans Festival.
Accounts Manager & Office Manager
Davina has been employed with E.C.O. Builders since 1996. She quickly became the office manager due to her great organization skills and high knowledge of many office programs. She handles all activities in accounts payable. Davina ensures the timely payments of vendor invoices and produces a variety of company financial reports. She assists on completion and maintenance of general ledgers, and also manages payroll, bookkeeping, deposits and bank reconciliations.
Job Coordinator & Marketing Director
Robin came to A E.C.O, Builders, Inc at an early age as an office helper.Management soon realized she had a work ethic and enthusiasm that would carry her much further. Robin not only oversees all residential/commercial construction projects but also manages all field supervisors and sub-contractors. She has the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, and many of
our satisfied customers. Robin also manages our day to day marketing opportunities, encompasses managing the creation and production of marketing materials such as brochures, advertising materials, networking and website. Aside from the many duties that Robin does with E.C.O. Builders, Inc. she is also very active in the community. Robin is currently the Moderator of the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce ChamberONE networking group, she is an active Board of Director for the Slidell Youth Football Association, a Board of Director for the Leadership Slidell Northshore Alumni and is also one of the founding members of the Slidell Jazz and Blues Festival and is an active Board of Director for the Notes for Education Northshore program. Robin is an integral part of the E.C.O. Builders, Inc. leadership team.
Heidi joined the E.C.O. Builders team in 2003. Heidi has the ability to interpret many legal documents including contract documents, liens and letters. She is highly skilled in generating invoices and statements. Heidi is also responsible for negotiating past due accounts, provides administrative support for the office such as answering telephones, assisting customers, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries. and greeting our clients, When not at work with E.C.O. Builders, Heidi also manages her husband’s electrical company and enjoys spending time with her fur babies.
Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Patricia began working with E.C.O. Builders, Inc. in 2013 bringing with her extensive experience in customer service and administration. If you have called our office, you have probably heard her cheerful voice. Before joining the E.C.O. team, Patricia she worked with children. She is exceptional at what she does because of her positive attitude and enthusiasm for the services we provide. She strives for excellence in customer service and office skills and continues to upgrade her knowledge of the latest innovations in the construction industry. Patricia has two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her interests include outdoor activities, going to movies and travel.
Keith Jamie Champagne
Owner, Field Superintendent
Jamie has been with E.C.O. Builders since 1993. Before joining E.C.O. Builders as a field superintendant, Jamie was a member of the United States Air Force. He specializes in all types of carpentry, including framing, woodworking, cabinetry and final trim work. Jamie also oversees all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects contracted with E.C.O. Builders, Inc. are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available in the industry.
Charles “Chuck” Normand
Charles worked with E.C.O. Builders since 1993. Before joining the E.C.O. staff as a field superintendant, Charles began his construction career in 1976, along the side of his father. His many years of experience has made him knowledgeable with all types of carpentry, from excavation to trim. Chuck became an E.C.O. Angel in November of 2011. He is loved and missed deeply.
Lynn joined the E.C.O. Builders staff in 2002. He was quickly promoted to field supervisor because he consistently meets and often exceeds his job requirements. He specializes in all phases of construction from site preparation, drainage, and bulkheads to house raising and leveling.
Gary has been with E.C.O. Builders since 2005. Gary is skilled in all phases of construction including but not limited to site preparation, roofing, concrete, and drywall. He’s always willing to pitch in to help the team, and he gets the job done right the first time.
Before joining E.C.O. Builders in 2003, Robert began his career in the construction business after serving 3 years in the United States Army. He was promoted to field supervisor due to his dedication and reliable work habits. Robert has many construction skills including but not limited to drywall, flooring, and trim work. He is consistently successful in improving his skills, and he works hard to do so.
Joe works as a lead field supervisor on all residential projects. His exceptional knowledge and craftsmanship allows him to be a confident leader. His main goal is to ensure that all tasks are performed properly and of the utmost quality. Joe has gained well-rounded experience in a range of construction project applications over his career with E.C.O. Builders. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes him a positive addition to our company. Joe enjoys hanging out with his family and loves watching his daughter grow.
