The foundation repair work performed by E.C.O. Builders, Inc. is under warranty for the life of the home beginning the date the work is completed. This warranty is transferable and includes all labor and materials necessary for E.C.O. Builders, Inc. to perform adjustments. This warranty applies only to the leveling work performed by E.C.O. Builders, Inc. and is contingent upon no major structural changes having been made to the home.
