E.C.O. Builders, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser (owner), located at ______________., New Orleans, LA 70115 for the period of one year. This warranty is non-transferable and includes all labor and materials necessary for E.C.O. Builders, Inc. to perform adjustments. This warranty applies only to the work performed by E.C.O. Builders, Inc. and is contingent upon no major structural changes having been made to the home. In the event that this home becomes damaged due to acts of mother nature, this warranty will be null and void.

Payment must be made in full for the warranty to be valid.
