Materials and Labor Warranty

Presented To: Mr. & Mrs. Client

E.C.O. Builders, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser (owner), located at _____________________ Slidell, LA 70461 for the period of one year. This warranty is non-transferable and includes all labor and materials necessary for E.C.O. Builders, Inc. to perform adjustments. This warranty applies only to the work performed by E.C.O. Builders, Inc. and is contingent upon no major structural changes having been made to the building. In the event that this building becomes damaged due to acts of mother nature, this warranty will be null and void. All work performed shall be free from all defects in materials, parts, and workmanship for a period of no less than one (1) year (this includes materials and labor at no additional cost to the Northshore Harbor Center ).

Payment must be made in full for the warranty to be valid.
