Elwin C. Ordoyne Jr. – Elwin Jr. has been the president of E.C.O. Builders, Inc. since 1973. His has 35 years of experience in full on-site construction management and land development and inspects all work from start to finish.

Elwin C. Ordoyne III – Elwin III has been the vice-president of E.C.O. Builders, Inc. since 1992. He was a member of the United State Marine Corp. before partnering with his father in the construction business. He has more than 16 years in construction supervision, including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing. He prepares all estimates and oversees the day to day operation of the company.

Davina Ordoyne – Davina has been employed with E.C.O. Builders since 1996. She quickly became the office manager due to her great organization skills and high knowledge of many office programs. She handles all activities in accounts payable. Davina ensures the timely payments of vendor invoices and produces a variety of company financial reports. She assists on completion and maintenance of general ledgers, and also manages payroll, bookkeeping, deposits and bank reconciliations.

Heidi Fallon – Heidi has the ability to interpret many legal documents including contract documents, liens and letters. She is highly skilled in generating invoices and statements. Heidi is also responsible for negotiating past due accounts, provides administrative support for the office such as answering telephones, assisting customers, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.

Robin Marquez – Robin oversees all construction projects and directly manages all field supervisors and sub-contractors. She has the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, and many of our satisfied customers.

Karen Lacoste – Karen joined the E.C.O. Builders office staff in 2006. She quickly developed the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. She posses excellent time management skills that allow for the multi-tasking of all responsibilities. Karen maintains excellent customer relations and works closely with the project estimator in scheduling all potential customers.

Keith Jamie Champagne – Keith has been with E.C.O. Builders since 1993. Before joining E.C.O. Builders as a field superintendant, Keith was a member of the United States Air Force. He specializes in all types of carpentry, including framing, woodworking, cabinetry and final trim work.

James "Jimmy" Davis – James has been with E.C.O. Builders since 1997. Before joining E.C.O. Builders as a field supervisor, James was a member of the United States Air Force as a structural specialist. His many years of experience have helped him develop the working knowledge of all phases of residential and commercial projects.

Charles "Chuck" Normand – Charles has been with E.C.O. Builders since 1993. Before joining the E.C.O. staff as a field superintendant, Charles began his construction career in 1976, along the side of his father. His many years of experience has made him knowledgeable with all types of carpentry, from excavation to trim.

Lynn Champagne – Lynn joined the E.C.O. Builders staff in 2002. He was quickly promoted to field supervisor because he consistently meets and often exceeds his job requirements. He specializes in all phases of construction from site preparation, drainage, and bulkheads to house raising and leveling.
